MultiCam Celero 5 Series combines high speed camera registration with powerful routing and knife-cutting for a versatile yet affordable system. With its 5′ x 10′ working surface along with its optional conveyor, the Celero 5153 is capable to cut and router all of your rigid and flexible substrates.

MultiCam’s Celero 5 Series combines both powerful routing and high-speed knife cutting capabilities in a Digital Cutting system. With knife cuttings speeds up to 6,000 Inches per Minute (IPM) and the MultiVision Digital Registration Camera System, the Celero 5 Series family of cutters/routers provides end-users the performance and high-quality cutting capabilities demanded into today’s fast-paced industry.
CONVEYOR SYSTEM
Designed for easily loading and unloading material, the Celero Conveyor System Belt provides operators a fast advance control of material and serves as a vacuum cutting surface ideal for flexible media, rigid substrates, and roll media up to 60”.
AUTOMATIC KNIFE CHANGER (AKC)
MultiCam’s Automatic Knife Changer has 10 tool pickup locations, 5 knives and 5 spindles. ATC reduces production time by automatically changing tools between processes, thus eliminating the need for operator to manually change cartridges. Having multiple tools available will increase your productivity by allowing more automation and shorter sheet to sheet time.
CUTTING SPEED
With cutting speeds up to 6,000 Inches Per Minute (IPM) and a rapid traverse speed of up to 8,500 IPM, the Celero 5 Series delivers high-speed performance for maximum throughput. Along with tight motion control, each cut results in an accurate and smooth cut quality.
50,000 RPM SPINDLE
The Celero 5 Series is designed for routing rigid materials at high-speeds as it comes standard with an air cooled, 4 HP, 24,000 RPM spindle. This spindle is capable of handling tools up to 3/8” (10mm) in diameter.
DIGITAL SERVO DRIVE SYSTEM
Digital Servo Drives and Brushless AC Servo Motors are integrated into the Celero 5 Series providing both velocity and torque with uncompromised accuracy for cutting applications. With a smooth motion and fast rapid traverse, end-users yield superior routing and knife cutting for a wide range of applications.
